Hello! My name is Rev. Erik J. Ferguson. I’m the current pastor at the Moosic Alliance Community Church (MACC), and I’m ordained through the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA). I’ve served as MACC’s pastor since October of 2017. I’ve been in the ministry since February of 2000, and with the C&MA since April of 2010. Prior to that I served in another evangelical denomination. My wife’s name is Bobbi. Bobbi and I have been married since May of 1995. Bobbi’s spiritual giftedness and passion is serving. Bobbi serves the church in many facets, most are behind the scenes.
My spiritual giftedness is three-fold: Preaching/Teaching, Administration and Leadership. My passion is discipleship. I believe the pastor functions best as an equipper (Ephesians 4:11-12). An equipper is one that helps prepare the believer for ministry. My goal is to help believers discover their spiritual giftedness, develop their spiritual giftedness, and then exercise their spiritual giftedness.
If you don’t have a current home church of your own, we’d love to have you come and worship with us. The Moosic Alliance Community Church is far from perfect, but it is a church where the Bible is unashamedly taught and you’re warmly welcomed. Our attendees treat one another like family. God bless and hope to see you soon.
